This PowerPoint presentation was prepared to demystify vocational training for parents of Lester B. Pearson School Board students. It was given during a weekend conference organized by the Central Parents Committee.
Through « Annie’s Story » and the « True/False » quiz parents took an active part in the workshop and plenty of time was allotted for questions.
Overcoming prejudices regarding trades through better understanding of vocational training and seeing VT as a perfectly viable route for their children.
