Il exercera ses changements exig\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des mises en situation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le plan de formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 aux directions des centres de formation du centre de services scolaire afin de s\u2019assurer d\u2019une continuit\u00e9 de la formation.<br \/>\nLes th\u00e8mes abord\u00e9s au cours de la formation sont les suivants : principes et d\u00e9finition des\u00a0SARCA, orientations et finalit\u00e9s de la Politique gouvernementale de l\u2019\u00e9ducation des adultes et de\u00a0formation continue, approche client et suivi de la client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=\u00a0\u00bbtransparent\u00a0\u00bb up=\u00a0\u00bb10&Prime;
