Il est primordial d\u2019assister le jeune\u00a0adulte tant dans ses apprentissages que dans l\u2019acquisition des rudiments essentiels et\u00a0conformes aux diverses t\u00e2ches associ\u00e9es au stage.<br \/>\nLorsque le jeune adulte perd l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour son stage, s\u2019absente ou risque de perdre son\u00a0stage par suite de situations probl\u00e9matiques, la\u00a0 conseill\u00e8re en orientation (CO) des SARCA\u00a0et les autres ressources (psycho\u00e9ducatrice, psychologue, technicienne en \u00e9ducation\u00a0sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e, personnel enseignant concern\u00e9, selon le cas) rencontrent le jeune adulte dans\u00a0le but de trouver des solutions adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la situation probl\u00e9matique.<br \/>\nLe travail de concertation entre les diverses ressources et l\u2019\u00e9coute des signes de\u00a0d\u00e9motivation ou d\u2019abandon de stage par le jeune adulte constituent les \u00e9l\u00e9ments\u00a0essentiels en vue d\u2019\u00e9tablir diverses mesures de soutien d\u2019accompagnement adapt\u00e9es aux\u00a0difficult\u00e9s v\u00e9cues par le jeune adulte en milieu de stage.
